| ANFEAE is a membership association. Members General Assembly is the highest authority, which holds its meeting once in a year. The General Assembly elects the Executive Board for the period of three years. All strategic and policy issues of the organization are decided by the Executive Board. The day-to-day and routine activities of the organization are run by the secretariat which is being led by the Managing Director. Besides, ANFEAE has semi-autonomous regional project offices in Gambella, Oromiya, Benishangul Gumuz and Amhara regional states. |
